State Property Tax Relief

Low and moderate Income Property Tax Relief may be reduced or waived by your town/city if you are able to show “good cause”. Relief can come in the form of tax abatements or tax deferral for people who are elderly or experience a disability. (include how to apply for relief and how to appeal if not granted).

Other exemptions and tax credits are available for Veterans, Home Improvements to help persons with disabilities, and exemptions for individuals who are blind or experience a disability.
